Will your fitted sheets fit my thick mattress?

Yes! Our fitted sheets are designed with 14-inch (approx. 40cm) deep pockets and a strong, fully elasticized hem. They easily stretch to accommodate thick mattresses or mattress protectors, ensuring they stay securely in place all night.

Is Mumullum bedding safe for sensitive skin?

How should I wash and dry my Mumullum bedding?

For the longest lifespan, we recommend machine washing your bedding in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Remove promptly from the dryer to enjoy that smooth, wrinkle-free look.

Can I use bleach or fabric softener?

We recommend avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals, as they can break down the fibers. You also don't need fabric softener—our double-brushed microfiber is naturally ultra-soft and gets even softer with every wash!

Will the colors fade over time?

No. Our advanced microfiber technology locks in color, making our sheets and duvet covers highly fade-resistant. Whether you choose our crisp white or the rich terracotta vintage style, your bedding will look vibrant wash after wash.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150 AUD, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get you sleeping better, sooner. If you need to make a change, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified, but you can utilize our 60-Night Trial to return it.

How does the 60-Night Trial work?

We believe you should sleep on it before you commit. You can test your new Mumullum bedding in your own home for up to 60 nights. If you aren't completely in love with the cloud-like comfort, simply contact us to return it for a full refund.
